Make a Splash (Dec 2023/Jan 2024) pp 102-107

  • In this issue of Zoomer Magazine, I got the green light to put together an entertainment and celebration package which focused not on the traditional yuletide fare but something splashier. Spotlighting everything in a seafood feast, I slipped in nods to ambitious "el Chef del Mar" Ángel León and his awe-inspiring works plus recruited the knowledge of ocean stewards including chefs Charlotte Langley, Ned Bell and champion oyster shucker Chris Manocchio.

  • My feature on a meal at Alchemist in Copenhagen. This is the experience from my first time at this next-level dining concept. Discover a culinary journey that blurs the line between art and cuisine at chef Rasmus Munk's Alchemist.
